The SAYDS Fellowship is an intensive 9-month program designed to transform youth into engaged citizens, informed critical thinkers, thoughtful systems leaders and powerful social change agents.
The knowledge and skills they acquire prepare them to effectively analyze complex problems in their communities……design lasting and substantive solutions to these problems and participate in policy-making. The program focuses on positive youth development where young people are able to cultivate their strengths and knowledge for the good of themselves and their communities.
